These Terms govern your use of the website, portal, and flight-training services provided by Lanning Aviation ("Lanning Aviation," "we," "us"). By creating an account, booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We provide flight instruction, aircraft rental for rated pilots, and related services at Tradewind Airport (KTDW), Amarillo, TX, subject to instructor and aircraft availability, weather, and safety judgment. All flight operations are conducted under applicable FAA regulations.
Prices are shown on the site and processed via Stripe. Discovery flights, lesson deposits, training packages, and prepaid block time are charged as described at checkout. Refund and cancellation terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Lessons are scheduled through the portal and confirmed by our team. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the lesson fee, and no-shows may be charged the full lesson amount. Weather cancellations and instructor/aircraft cancellations are never charged and are rescheduled at no penalty. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
